Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time, and rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and sessions rescheduled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session fee with no possibility of a refund. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show), the full fee will be charged.
