Our Physical Activity Session is a one-on-one, 60-minute appointment tailored entirely to your preferences and fitness level. Whether you're looking to get moving, build healthy habits, or simply enjoy some active time with professional support, this session is for you.
Available activities include:
Gym sessions — structured, supportive, and at your own pace
Racket games — rackets are included, no equipment needed
Running — guided or companioned runs in your preferred setting
And more — the activity is chosen based on what works best for you
