A relaxed chat is a gentle first step if you’re not sure where to begin. We sit down together in a calm, informal way—like talking over coffee—and you can share as much or as little as feels right. There is no diagnosis, no pressure and no expectation to have everything figured out.We explore what’s been on your mind: low mood, stress, anxiety, sleep issues, personal growth targets, ADHD‑related challenges, cultural adjustment, or even relationship concerns. We’ll ask grounding, curious questions, and reflect back what we hear, so you feel seen, and understood. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of what you’re going through, simple tools you can start using right away, and a sense of whether on-going support feels like a good fit. This session is ideal if you’re feeling “off”, stuck, or want to take a step in life.
It’s a safe, warm space to start.
